The Miami Dolphins have always been an extremely loved and supported professional sports team in Southern Florida. The Dolphins have fans that span out beyond the immediate Miami-Dade County and regional spectrum, though the amount of support that exists locally is non negotiable. This is immediately noticeable to tourists who visit the city and stay in a great Miami hotel . The city is incredibly supportive of its sports teams and the Miami Heat is also loved endorsed by the community. Australia’s oldest and largest city will play host to the the country’s largest celebration of food in October as Crave Sydney International Food Festival spends 31 days celebrating food and food culture. Sponsored by Citibank and the Sydney Morning Herald, Crave will feature over 600 individual events starting with the exclusive Australian appearance of award-winning chef Rene Redzepi at the sydney Opera House. Redzepi’s restaurant, Noma, earned the top spot in the year’s World’s Best Restaurant Awards.

The World Chef Showcase, October 9-10, will include celebrity and award-winning chefs such as Wyle Dufresne, Kylie Kwong, Peter Gilmore, and Tetsuya Wakuda. Other popular events include the Night Noodle Market, Eat Street Sunday, and Sydney Harbour Island Hopping. 6000 residents of New South Wales will be chosen to attend the October 10th Breakfast on the Bridge , touted as “the world’s greatest picnic”

The city that saw the birth of contemporary art continues to see new births every day. Florence is a place where the weight of the past seems to infuse the present with new energy and meaning, rather than overwhelm it. One would imagine that it would be something of a challenge to be born in the city that once houses Dante, Da Vinci, Donatello, and so many others who carved their names in greatness.
